Walter R. Fulton, CPA, MST
 Tax Principal
Walter R. (Bob) Fulton has been a tax professional for more than thirty-years having practiced with the Internal Revenue Service, Ernst & Young and Scillia, Dowling & Natarelli where he held the position of Director of Tax Services. His extensive experience in taxation extends to individuals and industries comprising of manufacturing, healthcare and professional service companies.
He received a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
Professionally, Mr. Fulton has served in a number of capacities with the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants including Chairman of the Federal Taxation Committee and the Advisory Council. He also served for three years as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Fulton is also a member of the tax division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Fulton’s community service includes several years of service with the South Central Connecticut Chapter of the American Red Cross, including Chairman of the Board of Directors. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross Connecticut Regional Chapter including its Executive Committee.
