Paul M. Sterczala, CPA
 Tax Principal
As Tax Principal, Paul M. Sterczala has responsibilities for tax services for the Firm and his expertise extends to clients in a variety of industries. He has extensive experience working with family-owned and entrepreneurial businesses. He specializes in corporate reorganization, bankruptcy, debt reorganization and cancellation, high-net-worth individuals, partnership related issues. During Mr. Sterczala's thirty years of practice, he has been involved in all facets of real estate taxation including development, construction, financing and operations.
He has authored numerous articles on tax planning, executive compensation, retirement planning and real estate taxation. He also authors the Firm's newsletters on current issues. Mr. Sterczala has conducted training programs and seminars both locally and nationally.
Mr. Sterczala has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science Degree in Taxation from the University of New Haven. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Connecticut's Beardsley Zoo and serves as Treasurer. He is also involved with various community organizations.
